Great plugin, documentation and support. There are many Form plugins out there, but I chose Everest Forms due to satisfaction with their User Registration plugin. You will not be disappointed!

Everest forms is not just a form. I’m switching from the other forms, site by site. Interesting fields even in the free version, not to mention the PRO. Everything is clean and clear from the beginning.

Feature Rich!
Everest Forms, especially the Pro version, offers all the features we could ever want. Surveys, quizzes, PDF export, mail templates, conditional fields, styling of the form, etc.
We are using multiple forms with several hundred to over a thousand entries, and everything runs smoothly.

After Trying the Rest, Found the Best.
I have used about 5 form plugins before this, somewhere free, others are very expensive. I have finally found Everest Forms. I like the simple builds, easy styling, easy entries views. i had an issue (was a plugin conflict which they fixed easily) came for the excellent and easy forms, staying for the support.

This plugin is great.
Also, have the registration and customization plug-ins.
One or two very small glitches, but customer service handled them immediately. Fixes were conveyed with great clarity and worked as expected.
Pricey, but if it works well and has minor issues, it is worth the extra.
Straight-forward & Useful
There’s not much more to say. Everest Forms works the way I expect it to. Absolutely no complaints.

Good Support
I was having trouble getting the form to look a certain way to match my theme. The support team responded to my ticket promptly and helped out until the fix was completed. And I prefer Everest Forms over WPForms because they allow you to see entries in your CMS.
