Usage
Everest Forms is developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not WordPress.com. You can download the WordPress software from WordPress.org.
Licensing
Everest Forms is licensed under the GNU General Public License. You are free to modify it for personal or commercial projects as you wish. You can also use it on as many sites as you like, as it is GPL-licensed.
However, you will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. One site license will give you support and automatic updates for one site only.
Sign Up
By signing up on our site as a free or premium user, you get access to our respective forums. Premium users can download the zip file of the product they purchased from their WPEverest account page.
Also, by signing up, you agree to get emails from us that contain information like major product updates, news, important information on Everest Forms, discount coupon codes on different occasions, etc.

If there is a problem with Everest Forms or if you experience any difficulty with its download, contact us, and we’ll fix the problem.
Compatibility
Everest Forms runs on the latest stable version of WordPress and is prepared to run on a clean WordPress installation. We cannot guarantee that the plugin will work with all third-party components or web browsers.

Under no circumstances, Everest Forms shall be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the usage of this website and the plugin. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your computer, computer software, web host, systems and programs, and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential, special and incidental damages.

Payment
You can pay with payment gateways available on the Everest Forms checkout page. Depending on the plan, you either pay a one-time or yearly charge. For the yearly plan, there is an automatic renewal or recurring fee.
Of course, you can cancel the subscription whenever you like. Extending the subscription for another year costs some additional fees as prescribed on our site.
Refund Policy
If you have problems getting our plugins to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try to help solve any problem you have by submitting your request via this link. If you have any sales-related questions, you can contact our support team.
Product Support
Product Support is about helping you install, configure and tweak the Everest Forms plugin, and make small modifications to make the plugin better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features.
Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your plugin.
Product Support is provided via support and email. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions in one place, which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you in a few minutes to a 24-hour time frame (working days). For free users, we will try our best to get back to you but cannot guarantee.
Price Changes
Everest Forms reserves the right to change its price at any time without prior notice. Moreover, Everest Forms is allowed to discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for any international, national or regional taxes even if Everest Forms has not charged you with taxes directly. You agree to pay any applicable fees and/or taxes to your responsible tax authority for any payment or purchase made on EverestForms.com.
