Does Everest Forms support quiz scoring?
Yes, quiz scoring is available on the Pro plan. You assign a numeric point value to each answer option and define score ranges with a result message for each range. When someone submits the form, Everest Forms totals their score and shows the matching message immediately on screen.
Can I hide questions based on a previous answer?
Yes. Conditional logic (Pro) lets you show or hide individual fields, entire sections, or subsequent pages based on what a respondent selected earlier in the form. You can set multiple conditions per field and choose whether all conditions or any one must match.
How do I export survey responses?
From the Everest Forms entries dashboard, select your survey and use the Export button to download a CSV of all responses. You can filter by date range before exporting. For automatic routing to Google Sheets, connect via Zapier or the Google Sheets add-on.
Which question types are free vs Pro?
Multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, short text, paragraph, and number fields are all available on the free plan. Rating scale, Likert, image choice, and the quiz scoring system require a Pro plan. Conditional logic and multi-page forms also require Pro.
Can respondents save a partially completed survey?
Yes. The Save and Continue feature (Pro) gives respondents a unique link they can use to return to an in-progress form. This is useful for longer surveys where someone may not complete the form in one sitting.
Do I need a separate survey platform or account?
No. Everest Forms runs entirely inside WordPress. Surveys are built in the WordPress dashboard, responses are stored in your own database, and there is no third-party survey account required. You own the data.
