How it works

From zero to a live payment form in three steps

No developer needed. The whole setup — form, gateway, and notifications — happens inside your WordPress dashboard.

1

Build your order form

Drag product fields, quantity selectors, a coupon code field, and a Total field onto your form. Add any other fields you need — name, address, notes.

2

Connect your payment gateway

Enable the gateway add-on from settings. Paste your API keys, select test or live mode, and choose which payment method appears on the form.

3

Publish and start receiving payments

Embed the form on any page with the shortcode or block. Every paid submission lands in your entries dashboard with full payment details logged.

What you can build

One form builder, six payment workflows

Everest Forms handles the full payment collection cycle — from product selection to checkout confirmation — without a separate eCommerce plugin.

Product order forms

List products with quantities, pricing, and variants. Calculate the order total automatically before the buyer pays.

Donation forms

Set fixed donation tiers or let donors enter a custom amount. Works with nonprofits, campaigns, and community fundraisers.

Event registration with payment

Collect attendee details and ticket fees in one form. Supports multiple ticket types at different prices via conditional logic.

Service payment forms

Charge a fixed fee or deposit for a service at the point of inquiry. Useful for freelancers, agencies, and consultants.

Membership intake forms

Collect member details and first-year dues together. Pairs with WooCommerce Memberships or can stand alone.

Multi-item cart forms

Let buyers select multiple items with quantities and see an itemized total before submitting — no WooCommerce needed.

Payment gateways

Connect the gateway your customers already use

Each gateway is a separate Pro add-on. Install only the ones your market expects. All handle SSL-encrypted transactions and send payment confirmation emails automatically.

Payment Gateway field

One field. Visitor picks how they pay.

Add a single Payment Gateway field to your form and all active gateways appear as a selector. The checkout UI switches automatically based on what the visitor picks — no extra configuration needed per gateway.

On-page card entry

Stripe, Square, and Authorize.net show an inline card form. Visitors pay without leaving your site.

Secure redirect

PayPal and Mollie show a redirect message on submission. Payment completes on the provider’s site.

Payment popup

Razorpay opens a secure payment overlay on top of your page. No redirect, no new tab.

Order form fields

Fields built for selling, not just collecting data

Everest Forms includes payment-specific fields that handle quantity, pricing, and totals without needing custom code or a third-party plugin.

Product & quantity fields

Add individual products with fixed or variable pricing. Buyers set quantities and the form calculates the line total.

Auto-calculated order total

A dedicated Total field sums all payment fields in real time. Buyers see exactly what they owe before they click pay.

Coupon codes

Create fixed or percentage discount codes and attach them to any payment form. The order total updates when a valid code is applied.

Conditional pricing

Show or hide pricing options based on what buyers choose

Conditional logic in Everest Forms works on payment fields the same way it works on any other field. Set rules so that specific products, pricing tiers, or payment options only appear when a prior answer matches.

Tiered pricing by selection

Show different product options depending on the plan, membership level, or event type a buyer selects earlier in the form.

Hide irrelevant payment options

Keep forms short by hiding payment fields that don’t apply. Only the relevant product or fee shows, reducing confusion at checkout.

Multi-step payment flows

Combine conditional logic with multi-step forms to collect information first, confirm the order on a second step, then take payment on the last.

After payment

Every payment lands in your entries dashboard

Paid submissions are logged with payment status, amount, and gateway used. You can view, filter, and export orders without leaving WordPress.

Payment status per entry

Each entry shows whether payment was completed, pending, or failed. Filter by status to follow up on incomplete transactions.

Confirmation emails

Buyers receive an automatic email once payment goes through. Use Smart Tags to include their name, order details, and amount paid.

Export orders as CSV

Export all entries, including payment data, to a CSV file. Useful for reconciliation, fulfillment handoffs, or passing orders to your accountant.

Post-payment redirect

Send buyers to a custom thank-you page, a download link, or any URL once payment is confirmed. Set it per form.

Admin payment notifications

Get an email when a payment lands, with the full entry detail included. Route to multiple addresses if different team members handle fulfillment.

PDF receipt add-on

Generate a PDF summary of each paid submission and attach it to the confirmation email automatically. Pro feature.

Common questions

Questions about using Everest Forms for payments?

Which payment gateways does Everest Forms support?

Stripe, PayPal Standard, Razorpay, Authorize.net, Square, and Mollie. You can install one or all four on the same form. Gateway-specific setup guides are in the Everest Forms documentation.

Does Everest Forms charge a transaction fee on top of the gateway fee?

No. Everest Forms does not add any transaction fee. You pay the gateway’s standard rate (e.g. Stripe’s 2.9% + 30¢) and nothing else.

Can I show an order summary before the buyer pays?

Yes. The Total field displays the calculated amount in real time as the buyer fills out the form. For a full summary before submission, use a multi-step form and show an order review on the final step.

Do I need WooCommerce to accept payments?

No. Everest Forms handles payment collection independently. WooCommerce is not required and does not need to be installed. Everest Forms works with any WordPress theme and page builder.

Can I offer coupon codes on payment forms?

Yes. Add a Coupon field to your form, create discount codes in the settings (fixed amount or percentage), and the Total field updates automatically when a buyer enters a valid code. Pro feature.

Are payment forms available on the free version?

Payment gateway add-ons require Everest Forms Pro. The free version includes the form builder, basic fields, and email notifications — but not payment processing.

Can I support multiple currencies?

Currency is set per payment gateway in the settings. You can set one currency per gateway. Razorpay supports INR. Stripe and PayPal support many international currencies. Mollie covers EUR-area currencies and iDEAL.
