A better way to build contact forms in WordPress
Create forms with drag-and-drop or let AI build them from a description. Store every submission in WordPress and block spam automatically. No developer required.
Everything your contact form needs
Build it, store it, protect it — all in the free version
Form builder
35+ fields. Full control. No code.
Every field type a contact form needs — text, email, phone, dropdowns, date pickers, and more. Drag in, reorder, and configure each field independently. No code required.
Entries management
Every submission saved. Nothing depends on your inbox.
Every submission is stored automatically in your WordPress database. Filter, view, and export — nothing is lost if an email notification fails to deliver.
Spam protection
Five methods. All free. No spam reaching your inbox.
reCAPTCHA v2/v3, hCaptcha, honeypot, Cloudflare Turnstile, and domain whitelist — all on the free plan. Use one or stack multiple; most sites run reCAPTCHA v3 invisibly alongside a honeypot and see near-zero spam.
Page builder compatibility
Works with every major WordPress page builder
Add your contact form to any page or post using the native block, a shortcode, or the page builder widget. No custom code required.
Free AI Form Builder
Describe your form. Get your fields. No API key, no setup.
The AI Form Builder is built into the free version and works entirely inside your WordPress dashboard. Describe the form you need in plain language — the AI generates the field structure, labels, and layout. Review it, adjust anything, and publish.
No OpenAI account
No external account or API key required. It works out of the box.
Everything inside WordPress
No configuration outside your dashboard. Generate, review, and publish without leaving WordPress.
No upgrade required
Included in the free plugin. Not a trial, not a teaser — the full AI Builder, free.
Beyond the message field
File uploads, email notifications, and PDF records
File and image uploads
Let visitors attach documents, photos, or spreadsheets directly to their submission. Set allowed file types, maximum file size, and number of files per field. No addon required.
Email notifications
Admin notification emails go out on every submission. Configure the recipient, subject line, and message body. Confirmation emails to the person who submitted are also configurable, free.
PDF Form Submission
Generates a formatted PDF of every submission automatically. Attach it to admin notification emails or deliver it to the submitter — useful for support tickets, intake forms, or any situation where you need a printable record.
Spam protection
Stop spam without making visitors prove they’re human
Multiple methods are available on the free plan — use one or combine them for layered protection.
reCAPTCHA v2 and v3
v2 shows a checkbox challenge; v3 runs invisibly in the background and scores each submission without interrupting the user. Both supported free.
hCaptcha
Privacy-first alternative to reCAPTCHA. Blocks bots without sending visitor data to Google. Configurable per form.
Honeypot and domain whitelist
Honeypot catches bots silently — no visible challenge for real visitors. Domain whitelist blocks submissions from personal or throwaway email domains.
Cloudflare Turnstile, Akismet, and CleanTalk also supported. See all spam protection options →
Built for every WordPress site
Whatever your site does, contact forms are part of it
Small business
A general contact form, a quote request form, and a support intake form — all from one plugin, one dashboard, no separate subscriptions. File upload fields let customers attach photos or specs before the first conversation.
Common forms
General contact · Quote request · Service inquiry · Support ticket
Freelancer or consultant
An inquiry form that filters leads before the first call. File upload lets prospects attach briefs or project specs upfront, cutting down on back-and-forth. Import and export means your best-performing layout carries forward to the next project.
Common forms
Project inquiry · Client intake · Brief upload · Discovery call request
Agency
Unlimited forms on one license. Build a contact form once, export it, and import it into every new client build. Works with whatever theme and page builder the client uses.
Common forms
New business inquiry · Client contact template · Reusable intake forms
Nonprofit or community organisation
Volunteer sign-ups, event registrations, donation inquiries, and general contact — all handled with the same plugin. The free version covers everything most nonprofits need without a recurring cost.
Common forms
Volunteer signup · Event registration · Donation inquiry · Contact
Blog or portfolio
A contact form so readers and collaborators can reach you. Simple setup, works with any theme, no ongoing maintenance once it is live.

Common questions
Questions we get from people setting up their first form or switching from another plugin.
Does the free version of Everest Forms store form submissions?
Yes. Every submission is stored in WordPress under Everest Forms > Entries. You can filter by date, export to CSV, and view individual entries without upgrading. Contact Form 7, by comparison, stores nothing by default.
Can I use Everest Forms with Elementor, Divi, or another page builder?
Yes. Everest Forms works with Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, Bricks Builder, Beaver Builder, Oxygen, and WPBakery. Each has a native widget or block — no shortcode required unless you prefer it.
How do I stop spam on a WordPress contact form?
Everest Forms includes reCAPTCHA v2/v3, hCaptcha, honeypot, Cloudflare Turnstile, and a domain whitelist on the free plan. Akismet and CleanTalk are available as additional integrations.
Can visitors attach files to a contact form?
Yes. File and image upload fields are included in the free version. You can set allowed file types, maximum file size, and the number of files per submission from the field settings.
What’s the difference between Everest Forms and Contact Form 7?
CF7 is free and lightweight but stores no entries, has no drag-and-drop builder, and requires shortcode syntax for configuration. Everest Forms includes stored entries, a visual builder, file uploads, and spam protection in the free version. Both are free to install; the key difference is that Everest Forms stores every submission out of the box and CF7 does not.
