Everest Forms has two basic form templates for job applications. However, there are many more specialized job application forms available within our catalog.

From the basic form templates, the simple one displayed above has just the necessary fields for personal information, expected salary, portfolio, and resumes. However, the advanced one contains form fields like repeater fields, reference contacts, and many more.

All these form templates are available on the “Add New Form” page on Everest Forms. The plugin also has a robust form editor. You can use it to edit and customize your form as much as you like.

What Fields Are Necessary for a Job Application Form?

You should try to keep a job application form simple yet efficient, meaning it should collect all the necessary information while being simple to fill out. That is the exact model that we’ve followed for our own form template.

But, if the simple form doesn't satisfy you, you can add other form fields such as:

How Do You Add Job Application Form to Your Website?

You’ll need Everest Forms Pro to access all the fields in this form. Adding this Job Application Form to your website is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

Navigate to Plugins >> Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
Search for Everest Forms, then click Install and Activate.
Once activated, go to Everest Forms >> Add New, select the Job Application Form template.
Customize the form as needed. Then, use the generated shortcode to embed the form on your desired page
